Door een stommiteit heb ik op K1 van een CD 16 de voeding abusievelijk<BR>
verkeerdom aangesloten.<BR>
De CD 16 genereert nu een groot aantal bezetmeldingen, die er niet zijn.<BR>
De 4 torren zijn in orde maar zonder schema is foutzoeken erg lastig.<BR>

Vraag: Is er een volledig schema beschikbaar om de fout te kunnen<BR>
opsporen ?<BR>

Wat er aan schema's is staat op de Dinamo Usergroup. Alleen van de TM51 <BR>
is een nieuwere die ik straks ff zal uploaden.<BR>
De CD16 bestaat uit 16x dezelfde schakeling en 2x dezelfde voor de <BR>
selectie. Dat kun je uittekenen, maar dan weet je nog steeds niet welke <BR>
onderdeel voor welke melder waar zit. Daarom heb ik dat aangegeven op <BR>
een tekeningetje (CD16wzw.jpg), die staat in de sectie 'troubleshooting'.<BR>

Waarschijnlijk zijn door de verkeerde voeding een aantal IC's <BR>
gesneuveld. Die transistoren zullen het wel overleven en voor de rest <BR>
zijn het bijna allemaal weerstanden.<BR>
Wat je kunt doen is de uitgangsspanningen van de LM324's meten als je <BR>
behalve de voeding (juist gepoold ;-) niets op de CD16 aansluit. Dat <BR>
zijn de pinnen 1, 7, 8 en 14, de 4 hoekpunten dus (4 circuits per <BR>
LM324). Die spanning moet de helft van je voedingsspanning zijn, <BR>
eventueel met een afwijking van hooguit een paar tienden Volts. Is dat <BR>
niet zo dan is met grote waarschijnlijkheid die LM324 stuk. Helemaal <BR>
zeker weet je dat niet, want het kan ook de ingang van de opvolgende <BR>
(defecte) LM339 zijn die de uitgang kortsluit.<BR>
<BR>
Of de selectielogica (vnl de transistoren) goed is kun je meten door <BR>
enkele spanningen te meten op de LM339.<BR>
<BR>
Onderste rij:<BR>
Pin 4 = ca 0V<BR>
Pin 7 = ca Voeding<BR>
Pin 9 = ca Voeding <BR>
Pin 10 = ca 0V<BR>
<BR>
Bovenste rij<BR>
Pin 5 = ca Voeding<BR>
Pin 6 = ca 0V<BR>
Pin 8 = ca 0V<BR>
Pin 11 = ca Voeding<BR>
<BR>
Van elke rij volstaat het om 1 IC te meten, de rest is namelijk <BR>
elektrisch 1-op-1 verbonden<BR>
<BR>
Als de LM324 behorend bij een foute melder de juiste uitgangsspanning <BR>
geeft en bovengenoemde spanningen kloppen dan moet het de betreffende <BR>
LM339 zijn.<BR>
<BR>
Of alles dan goed is weet je nog niet zeker, want je meet nu alleen de <BR>
spanningen in 'rusttoestand', maar wellicht kun je hiermee de fouten al <BR>
opsporen.<BR>
