great combination DINAMO&iTrain for gauge Z; but this Locomotive does not start unless I short circuit

Switzerland

Conclusion and request for support
My first conclusion and judgment is very positive about this iTrain and DINAMO train control system. The concept works and is very convincing. All (analog gauge Z) locomotive run better, smoother and with nicely illuminated lamps (thanks to PWM and HFI from DINAMO).
My above described difficulties seam to come from the iTrain settings and can surely be solved and overcome.
Maybe I pushed by accident some „magic“ control buttons in the iTrain software, that inhibits the locomotives to start? ... or my wiring is still not clean? ... which I doubt, because this was checked by different methods and the wiring corresponds to the drawing in attachment B-).
This behavior shows up only with locomotive Re420 „LION“ 2.
Also I think that maybe my block definitions are not clear, since feedback M_B_0 lights up when NB_0_1 lights up (?). The locomotive is only on one place in N_B_0.
Beside that, all locomotives run cleanly on the analog (not connected to DINAMO) side track with a Märklin regulator; N°67020)
With the above described „bug“ I can not continue to bild the next large track with more DINAMO modules and iTrain software, which is my plan. So please, is there an expert that has a hint for me to solve this problem?
Many thanks for any hint: Sandro M. O.L. Schneider smol.schneider at bluewin.ch

I have also a nice, systematic description with pictures to add, but 148.44Kb is to low to upload.
PS.: My test license will run out tomorrow and I will buy the full license, before that time.
