How can I download and install the DinamoConfig tool?

Hello, I bought the UCCI/E-u Rev10 some time ago and if I am understanding the instructions correctly I need to download and install the DinamoConfig tool in order to control it. However, I haven't been able to find where to download this tool. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me where to do so and how to install it correctly.

The Dinamoconfig can be found at the URL above.

The tool is in the English language.

I'm very sorry, but the manual (handleiding in Dutch) seems to be available as Dutch only.
The pictures in the manual are rather straight forward.
Otherwise copy paste the part you need in your favourite translate software / service.
I'm using Windows 10 and I did perform the installation 'as administrator'. Just for being sure, might work also with normal install.
